How do I book an appointment?

Do I have no pay for a consultation?

No. We send a fully trained specialist to your home to assess, measure and discuss your requirements. This visit is free of charge and without obligation?

Can I get an idea of costings before my consultation?

Yes. By giving us a rough measurement of your windows, we can give you a rough estimate of how much the service may cost. 

Do I need to be present for the appointment?

Yes, our specialist are not there only to measure. During your design consultation, they will need to show you the various different materials, slat sizes, colour options and hinge types. If you cannot make your initial appointment, please request another date that you can attend. 

Do I need to remove my existing curtains/blinds before installation?

We ask that any existing window coverings are removed prior installation date.

I want to replace my windows. Can I still have shutters or blinds?

If your windows are undergoing any changes, we cannot take an accurate measurement, therefore it is best to wait until your windows are completed and then invite us round for a free consultation. 

Will the same specialist measure and install my shutters or blinds?

Yes, the same specialist will measure and install your shutters/blinds. 

How does payment work? 

We usually require 50% of the payment upfront at the time of placing your order. The remaining is due within 24 hours of fitting your shutters/blinds. 

How long will shutters take?

Leads times are usually around 12-14 weeks.
