How we work, from start...

Choose a date and time for your appointment that works for your schedule (evenings and weekends are fine). We will then give you a call to confirm the appointment.
2. Home Consultation
Our experienced shutter advisor will provide practical advice on shutter types and options. We’ll bring a large range of samples for you to browse and measure your window.
3. Quote
Once the details are confirmed we will provide you with a no-obligation quote via email.

4. Manufacturing
Your signed-off plans are then sent to our manufacturing team who take care of building your bespoke shutters. There are several checks at this stage to ensure every shutter is of the highest build quality.
5. Fitting & Installation
Once your shutters are manufactured, our specialist installers will contact you to arrange a suitable date and take care of the fitting and installation of your brand new shutters.
6. Aftercare & Guarantee
We are that proud of the quality and durability of our shutters, you get a 5 year guarantee with every shutter we supply and fit.
You’ll also be given the direct contact details of your fitter, just incase you need any advice or assistance in the future.
